Salary:
This is a full time 12 month position with a minimum annual salary of $68,699.


Primary Purpose:
  • Support PCN (Principal Certification Network) and TSCI (Texas Superintendents' Certification Institute) program planning, implementation, and continuous improvement
  • Support aspiring leaders in development and training through PCN instruction, grading, and field supervision.
  • Facilitate targeted implementation of high-leverage best practice efforts with external clients and internal staff.
  • Design, develop, support, and deliver training and/or provide educational tools and resources pertaining to PCN and TSCI programs.
  • Facilitate online learning through workshop and course building, revisions, and maintenance.
  • Provide accurate record-keeping of student and program data.

Education/Certification:
  • Master's Degree, required
  • Teaching certificate, required
  • Administrative certificate, required
  • AEL and T-TESS training completion preferred

Experience:
  • Minimum three (3) years experience in campus administration
  • Principal role experience preferred
  • Experience in coaching/mentoring
  • Experience with data-driven decision-making
  • Experience with creating and implementing systems for data tracking and record-keeping
  • Experience with campus and/or district level systems
  • Experience in working collaboratively with staff, clients, and external partners; shared decision making
  • Experience in developing content and delivering presentations based on adult learning strategies
  • Proficient use of technology for workplace productivity and presentations
  • Experience with online learning

Special Knowledge/Skills:
  • Familiarity with adult learning and the use of technology to address adult learning needs
  • Knowledge of evaluation systems for teachers and administrators
  • Knowledge of consulting protocols for data analysis and needs assessment
  • Ability to analyze state, regional, district and campus data
  • Proficiency in supporting aspiring leaders in the application of new learning.
  • Ability to operate within a complex initiative, work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
  • Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a high functioning team
  • Knowledge of professional development training
  • Proficiency in self-directed work
  • Ability to one-on-one coach aspiring principals towards continuous improvement
  • Planning, production and presentation of professional development and training materials
  • Strong organizational skills

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a “face of the program” in recruitment and customer service for the leadership certification programs
  • Facilitate admission and exit process for PCN and TSCI applicants
  • Support PCN TSCI Coordinator with tasks and record keeping throughout program year.
  • Facilitate financial processes related to program instruction support, program staff, and student payments including contracts, invoicing, and supply orders
  • Continuous maintenance of student record keeping in multiple online systems.
  • ASEP (Accountability System for Educator Preparation) accurate record reporting
  • Support PCN Coordinator in Saturday class preparation
  • Provide intern support regarding record keeping, documentation storage, testing and certification
  • Assist PCN TSCI Coordinator in growing and improving leadership certification programs
  • Provide AEL and T-TESS training
  • Instructor for one or more PCN core courses
  • Field Supervisor for one or more PCN interns
  • Quality Matters reviewer and reviser of online coursework
  • E-Campus and Canvas online learning support including building, revisions, and maintenance
  • Perform other duties as assigned
