Dr. Natalie Fikac is a passionate leader who has served the field of education for over twenty-seven years as a teacher, reading interventionist, professional school counselor at both elementary and secondary level, and campus and district level administrator. She holds a Masters in School Counseling and Administration and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership.
