New administrators need support to maximize their potential and continue growing in new roles. We provide individualized support and leadership coaching to help them maximize their potential as new leaders.
How our program works:
We meet with new administrators in-person one time at the beginning of the year to get acquainted. Each participant receives four one-to-one leadership coaching calls over the course of the year. Additionally, we provide leader-facilitated monthly opportunities to connect with the cohort via Zoom to collaborate and share resources and ideas.
