Transition Network 2026-2027

The 2026-2027 Transition Network provides a system of communication and collaboration to the districts and charter schools in Region 13, aiming to support educators working in the field of special education through providing information, resources, training opportunities and supports in the area of Transition Services.

Virtual Transition Network meetings will be held four times a year. There will also be an online Canvas course connected to the 2026-2027 Transition Network where information can be accessed before, during, and after Transition Network meetings throughout the school year.

NEW for this year, there will also be an additional series of one-hour Transition Network Pop-Up Meetings/Office Hours that will take place in October, December, January, March and May. Registrants will receive information including the Zoom link and passcode in advance of each of these meetings.

The Transition and Employment Designee (TED) for each district/charter school is encouraged to attend these meetings. The list of designees for each district/charter school in Texas is available on AskTED (Texas Education Directory).

Please note that meetings will take place through a live, online broadcast via Zoom. Zoom link and passcode will be sent to registrants in advance of each meeting.
