The Educator Evaluation and Leadership (EEL) Team is dedicated to empowering and elevating campus and district leaders on their journey of continuous improvement toward educational excellence. Through a diverse range of services, events, resources, and trainings, we provide tools tailored to the needs of our clients. From comprehensive training on the Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) to the Principal and Assistant Principal Collaborative Network series or an empowering training on Three Systems to Get Out of Your Office and Into Classrooms, we support the essential skills for effective leadership.
