Region 13 offers a variety of spaces to rent for big and small events. Our event spaces are equipped with the latest technology and visitors have access to our amenities, including an on-site cafe and coffee stations.

Our spaces can accommodate an event from 15 participants to 300 participants, depending on location.

Here’s what you need to know before submitting a reservation request:

  • We offer event spaces at four campuses: Austin, San Marcos, Marble Falls, and La Grange.
  • Event requests will be considered no more than 90 days prior to the event date.
  • Spaces accommodate 15 to 300 attendees, depending on location.
  • Coffee service is included with your rental.
  • Optional catering (breakfast, lunch, snacks) is available at the Austin campus through Grill 13—please indicate on the form if you’d like catering information.
  • Audio-visual equipment varies by campus—check in advance to confirm available technology.
  • Weekend events incur a 50% additional fee.
  • Events requiring movable wall reconfiguration or extra staffing may incur additional charges.
  • Smoking, alcohol, glitter, confetti, and lighted candles are prohibited in all facilities.

Additional Information/Guidelines

  • Approved reservations will result in an agreement/contract, sent to the requestor via email. Contracts must be signed within 5 business days of receipt. A deposit of 1/2 the total rental charge may be due at the time of the contract. An electronic invoice will be provided to the requestor via email.
  • Organizations assume responsibility for any damage that may occur to ESC Region 13 property in connection with the event.
  • Building users must leave area furniture arranged in the way it was found before the event. All materials, brochures, leaflets, etc. must be removed from the premises upon completion of the meeting.
  • If the event is canceled within 30 days of reservation, the original deposit (50% of the total) will be forfeited.
  • All Region 13 campuses (buildings and grounds) are non-smoking and alcohol is prohibited.
  • Any equipment other than what is provided by Region 13 is the responsibility of the renting person or organization.
  • Renters that cater their event by any organization other Region 13 are responsible for all catering clean up.
  • Region 13 will be responsible for the room furniture set-up and cleaning. If you are wanting a specific set-up, let us know when making reservations.
