The Texas Curriculum Management Program Cooperative, or TCMPC, is a shared service agreement between the 20 Educational Service Centers (ESCs) in Texas. This shared service agreement, or SSA, allows participating ESCs to share responsibility for the management and operations of the online curriculum management systems known as the TEKS Resource System and Texas Curriculum Resources.

TEKS Resource System Curriculum
The TCMPC TEKS Resource System is a technology-enhanced, comprehensive online curriculum and assessment management system aligned to the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS).
Developed by Texas educators for Texas educators, it provides a research-based foundation for aligned curriculum and planning across Math, Science, Social Studies, and Language Arts (K–12 English; K–5 Spanish). The system is continuously updated in response to TEA changes, TEKS revisions, and educator feedback.
The TEKS Resource System is developed, reviewed, and revised through collaboration among classroom teachers, curriculum experts, ESC specialists, and the TCMPC state content team.
