Thompson Executive Leadership Institute (TELI)

TELI Overview

The Thompson Executive Leadership Institute provides learning academies for Principals and Superintendents. Each academy brings school leaders together to test ideas, discover new concepts and information, build networks, and engage in face-to-face interactions with session leaders and each other.

Nationally Recognized Leadership Training

The Thompson Executive Leadership Institute is a nationally recognized training designed to advance leadership training for both superintendents and principals. The academies are led by Dr. Bob Thompson and facilitated by ESC Region 13. The Superintendent Academy serves not only Texas superintendents but also those from surrounding states, including New Mexico, Mississippi, Oklahoma, and Alabama.

Academy Scholarships and Field Experience

Superintendents accepted into the Academy will receive a scholarship that covers all educational expenses, including transportation and hotel costs for a field trip to Puerto Rico and visits to several local schools.
