Coaching Classroom Management

A classroom management system is crucial to supporting the academic achievement of our students. We know that teachers who spend less time dealing with disruptions are able to spend more time engaged in the business of teaching. With our coaching classroom management service, we will provide direct support to teachers in improving their classroom management system and techniques.

Our specialists will work with teachers to implement proactive, positive, and instructional approaches that encourage a safe and supportive classroom environment. We work with teachers in-person or virtually, by gathering data during our observation period, debriefing and discussing the lesson afterwards, and providing written feedback along with a custom action plan they help design. We can coach up to eight teachers at a time. The ongoing coaching and support will help these teachers hone their classroom management skills and strategies and in turn, the overall success of the classroom as a whole. Our coaching support will help teachers spend less time dealing with disruptions and more time engaged in the business of teaching.
