18+ Adult Transition Services Self-Assessment and Program Review Workshop

Are you interested in taking your 18+ Adult Transition Services program to the next level? Bring your team and join us at Region 13’s Austin/Main Campus on September 29th for a facilitated walkthrough of the Quality Indicators for 18+ Services which was developed by experts in the field of transition services at Sam Houston State University.

In this workshop, you will have the chance to complete a self-assessment of your 18+ Adult Transition Services through a review of indicators to include a framework for recommendation of placement, administrative considerations, non-negotiables, prospective students, age-appropriate transition assessments, instructional resources and curriculum, staffing and scheduling, performance data collection, postsecondary education options, employment, agency support services, and adult student and family partnerships.

After completing the self-assessment, you will walk away from this workshop with an action plan for next steps to take to support the development of 18+ Adult Transition Services in your district!
