The Fifth Function is collaborative professional learning community designed for educators and specialists who support students with complex behavioral needs. Meeting four times per year, this series provides a structured space to deepen expertise, build professional connections, and engage in meaningful team-building with peers across campuses and districts.
Participants will explore effective strategies for responding to difficult behaviors with consistency and compassion, strengthening partnerships with families and caregivers, and designing sustainable next steps for student behavior support. Emphasis is placed on collaboration, allowing participants to learn from one another, share challenges, and develop a strong network of support.
