Calibration Foundations
T-TESS Appraiser Calibration Training

- Overview: R13 provides a comprehensive introduction to calibration principles, including the Observation Calibration Protocol and a deep dive into rubric descriptors. This training ensures that appraisers and leaders are aligned in how they observe, score, and provide feedback, reducing inconsistencies and increasing confidence in evaluation practices.

- Overview: Our team conducts live calibration walks with your appraisers and leadership teams, using the Observation Calibration Protocol for one or multiple dimensions. Post-walk reflection and discussion allow participants to align scoring, address inconsistencies, and practice providing actionable feedback, directly improving campus-wide instructional consistency.
