What is LIFT?

LIFT (Leadership and Instructional Foundations for Texas) is a three-year, TEA LASO 4 grant-funded initiative that provides districts with coordinated, system-level support for HQIM adoption and Bluebonnet Learning implementation.

By integrating components from:

    LIFT aligns instructional materials and leadership practices, helping districts strengthen implementation, improve instruction, and create sustainable learning environments that support success for every student.

    What We Offer

    As an approved LIFT provider, ESC Region 13 partners with districts throughout the entire LIFT journey from instructional materials adoption through full implementation.

    We are currently partnering with 24 districts across 53 campuses to support LIFT initiatives across Central Texas.

    When working with ESC Region 13, districts receive:

    • Expert-led coaching from a locally based team of former teachers, instructional coaches, and campus principals with deep experience in LIFT programs, HQIM, and instructional leadership
    • Customized support plans tailored to district priorities, campus needs, and implementation timelines
    • On-site support - Our team comes to you for monthly leadership coaching and class observations.
