The Foster Care Consortium is an opportunity for LEAs Foster Care Liaison or a designated representative and organizations that provide assistance for students in conservatorship to network. The Region 13, Foster Care Specialist, in collaboration with Region 7, Texas Department of Family and Protective Services, will provide presentations and resources to assist LEAs with providing services to children and youth in conservatorship.
