The Administrative Review (AR) Process for CACFP

This course equips personnel responsible for managing the operational, financial, and procurement aspects of Child and Adult Care Food Programs (CACFP) with the procedural knowledge and resources needed to prepare for an Administrative Review. This workshop focuses on practical preparation strategies rather than teaching programmatic concepts of operating CACFP.

Registration Details and Instructions

ESC Region 13 Child Nutrition training classes are a key resource for continuing education for district staff operating Child Nutrition Programs.

• FSMC Attendance Policy: Each district may bring one food service management company (FSMC) employee, who must be accompanied by the district staff responsible for contract management and oversight.
• FSMC Registration Fee: FSMC employees must pay a $50 participation fee. The cost cannot be charged to the nonprofit school lunch program or covered with federal nutrition funds.
• District Staff Fee Waiver: District employees may attend all training classes with no restrictions or fees. Use the code DISTRICTSTAFF during registration to zero out the fee.
