Preparing students for a digital and information-rich world
Libraries are changing and evolving to meet the literacy and information needs of 21st-century citizens. School libraries are no exception to this evolution. Educators and educator-librarians have an increasing responsibility to prepare students to be adequately literate and functional in a digital and information-rich world and workforce--and at the same time nurture the joy of curling up with a really good book!
Our School Library Services supports regional librarians in their efforts to provide relevant and rigorous library programming to students and staff. We strive to facilitate an effective collaborative professional network, and we offer a variety of convenient and high-quality opportunities for our librarians to learn and grow in their profession.
