Early Childhood Instructional Coaching Series

Supporting High-Quality Pre-K Instruction in Alignment with HB 3 Requirements, our Early Childhood Coaching Support is designed to help Pre-K teachers meet the requirements, ensuring that educators have the guidance, training, and resources necessary to enhance student success.

Why Instructional Coaching?

Our expert instructional coaches work one-on-one with early childhood teachers to:

  • Refine instructional practices that directly impact student learning
  • Provide targeted support through research-based strategies
  • Help set goals and align teaching methods to meet students’ unique needs
  • Improve classroom instruction through collaboration and data-driven decision-making
  • Equip teachers with best-practice strategies and resources to enhance student outcomes

By partnering with our team, your district or campus can create a supportive and collaborative learning environment that drives Pre-K student achievement.

Coaching Options

We offer flexible coaching formats tailored to meet your needs, whether you prefer face-to-face, virtual, blended, or specialized support.

Face-to-Face (F2F) CoachingEngage with an instructional coach in person through the full coaching cycle, with additional support provided via email, phone, or virtual platforms such as Zoom.
Virtual CoachingReceive coaching remotely using the Sibme platform, which allows for secure classroom observations and virtual collaboration at scheduled times.
Blended CoachingA mix of face-to-face and virtual coaching, allowing for flexibility when in-person coaching is not always feasible. Together, we create a customized schedule that balances in-person and virtual support.
Specialized CoachingDesigned for skill implementation after professional development - this option helps teachers apply newly learned strategies, resources, or tools. Often used following district-mandated training, this approach ensures successful implementation through guided support.

The Specialized Coaching Process is designed to:

  • Focus on a specific skill or instructional approach
  • Provide targeted, technical feedback in real-time
  • Use the “I do, we do, you do” modeling approach for hands-on learning
  • Collect and analyze implementation data to track progress
  • Foster a confidential, trust-based coaching relationship that may evolve into ongoing instructional coaching

Above all, our instructional coaching model is not evaluative - it is supportive, collaborative, and teacher-driven. We work alongside educators and campus leaders to ensure that every Pre-K student receives the high-quality instruction they deserve.
