Impact Coaching Training

The Impact Coaching Training is designed to provide Appraisers with specialized coaching skills, tools, and competencies to utilize in the T-TESS and T-PESS observation cycles. Through this training, Appraisers will learn how to become better coaches, support their educators in their professional growth, and facilitate meaningful conversations that lead to improved performance.

Throughout the 2-day training, Appraisers will have the opportunity to learn and practice various coaching techniques and strategies, including active listening, questioning, providing feedback, and goal setting. The training will also focus on building rapport and trust with educators and addressing challenging conversations and resistance.
