The Region 13 Leadership Collaborative Network offers a tailored platform for principals and assistant principals to explore essential leadership practices and foster informed decision-making for their campuses. Through this collaborative model, participants engage with fellow leaders, benefiting from shared insights and experiences.

How it Works:

Our network will gather seven times in person to tackle real-world leadership challenges and explore innovative solutions. Three joint sessions ensure alignment within your administrative team, while four sessions cater to each role. Enjoy scheduling flexibility, with sessions strategically placed throughout the academic year.

As part of our program, participants will also have the opportunity to benefit from personalized one-on-one coaching sessions. For principals, three sessions will be available, while assistant principals will have access to two sessions.

                Enrollment:

                Maximize benefits by attending with your entire administrative team. If that is not possible, prioritize joint sessions for cohesive collaboration.

                Program Cost:

                Principal program: $1,100

                Assistant Principal program: $650
