Students served in bilingual, dual language, and ESL programs need additional support throughout their academic journey. Region 13’s Multilingual Cooperative provides member districts with deeply discounted services all aimed at improving the quality of instruction provided to this key group of students.
When districts join Region 13’s Multilingual Coop, our multilingual specialists will work with your district to develop and implement programs that meet state and federal requirements while supporting enhanced instruction. This includes technical assistance and data analysis, program evaluation and audits, workshops, instructional coaching, face-to-face and virtual workshops, certification test preparation, conference and distinguished speaker events, and more.
Options
Standard - $10,000 ($14,000+ value)
Districts who sign on for the Standard Coop membership receive the following:
- Ten participants get access to any Bilingual or ESL professional development offerings presented by the Multilingual department at ESC Region 13
- Five participants may register for CIMA, ESL Academy, or Biliteracy Institute for 50% off
- Two days of on-site consultation
- Two days of onsite professional development (up to 25 participants)
- 20% off instructional coaching (minimum of 5 days of service)
- All Multilingual Directors Meetings
- All online LPAC training
Basic - $5,000 ($6,700+ value)
Districts who sign on for the Basic Coop membership receive the following:
- Five participants get access to any Bilingual or ESL professional development offering presented by the Multilingual department at ESC Region 13
- Three participants may register for CIMA, ESL Academy, or the Biliteracy Institute for 50% off
- Two days of technical assistance
- One day of onsite professional development (up to 25 participants)
- 13% off instructional coaching (minimum of 5 days of service)
- All Multilingual Directors Meetings
- All online LPAC trainings
