As we grow this program, we aim to offer professional development, support, and competitive opportunities for schools across our region.
Esports Network Meetings
To support educators, coaches, and students, we are hosting an Esports Network Meeting Series. This series will provide a comprehensive look at how to integrate Esports into the classroom, how to coach an Esports team, and best practices for managing tournaments.
Esports Tournaments
Experience the thrill of competition at the ESC Region 13 Esports Tournaments—where high school gamers from across Central Texas come together to showcase their skills, compete for glory, and earn a chance to qualify for the TexSEF State Finals.
These live, in-person events bring the energy and camaraderie of esports to the stage, offering students a competitive platform to test their reflexes, strategies, and teamwork. Whether it’s intense 1v1 matchups in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, high-speed teamwork in Rocket League, or coordinated battles in Marvel Rivals, every tournament delivers high-energy gameplay and unforgettable moments.
With the support of partners like the Texas Scholastic Esports Federation (TexSEF), the Texas Army National Guard, and SHI, our tournaments are more than just games—they’re opportunities to build community, display sportsmanship, and celebrate the passion of scholastic esports. Players and spectators alike will experience the unmatched excitement of live competition, where the atmosphere is electric, and every match matters.
