Empowering Instructional Leaders and Teachers for Success

This 5-month program explores Blended and Personalized Learning pedagogy tailored specifically for instructional leaders. Instructional leaders will engage in 6 hours of asynchronous professional development and receive 11 hours of individual virtual coaching and support from a Texas Center for Blended Learning member. By the end of the program, instructional leaders will have a strong understanding of the Blended and Personalized Learning framework, a comprehensive plan for implementation, and the skills to provide meaningful coaching support to classroom teachers.

Participating classroom teachers will have access to a teacher-facing asynchronous course with PLC guides to prepare them for observations and coaching sessions.

Who is this for?

This program is designed for instructional leaders who support blended and personalized learning at the campus or district level. It also includes enrollment for up to 10 teachers in a teacher-facing course, providing a comprehensive approach to professional development.

Cost

The cost of this program is $2,000, which includes support for one instructional leader and up to ten classroom teachers. For each additional classroom teacher, there is a $50 fee. We are happy to discuss including up to two instructional leaders if they will both attend the same meetings.
