Creating a positive school climate is essential for student success, staff satisfaction, and a strong campus culture. This interactive, in-person workshop is designed for all campus stakeholders—administrators, teachers, support staff, and counselors—who play a role in shaping the school environment.

Over the course of six hours, participants will explore the "why" behind prioritizing school climate, learn how to use meaningful data to assess and monitor climate conditions, and engage in year-long planning for climate-building initiatives.

Through collaborative discussions, hands-on activities, and real-world examples, attendees will leave with actionable strategies to foster a more inclusive, supportive, and engaging school atmosphere for all.
