This is an opportunity to build relationships that will help you navigate the most challenging aspects of teaching. It's an opportunity to have a year-long mentorship with a whole team of content experts.

Come grow with us in this four-day, in-person series of sessions along with four additional virtual sessions. You'll receive specific tools, strategies, and expert advice that empower you to flourish in the classroom.

Our goal is to increase teacher retention by placing a special emphasis on teacher well-being and achieving a healthy work/life balance.

We'll also help you ensure that your students receive the best educational experience possible. Both of these things are indeed possible; we'll show you how.

Because we know that sometimes you need answers to your most urgent questions and challenges, we'll also offer four one-hour after-school virtual sessions throughout the year.

These virtual sessions are in addition to the four in-person sessions. That's eight total sessions with a team of content experts!
