Texas Transition and Employment Guide
The Texas Transition and Employment Guide can help students with disabilities to plan for adult life. LEAs in Texas are required to:
- post this link to their district website
- provide written information and, if necessary, assistance to a student or parent regarding how to access the electronic version of the guide at the first ARD meeting:
- where transition is discussed, or
- the first ARD after the guide has been updated; and
- On request, provide a printed copy of the guide to a student or parent
