Are you a school counselor navigating the early years of your career? Or an experienced counselor looking to refine your approach and expand your professional network? No matter where you are in your journey, ESC Region 13’s New Counselors’ Institute (NCI) is here to support you!

NCI is a comprehensive, interactive, and collaborative professional development program designed specifically for counselors with less than three years of experience. However, all school counselors are welcome to join and benefit from this unique learning opportunity. Space is limited to 35 participants to ensure an intimate, high-impact experience that fosters connection and individualized support.

• 2 full day in person sessions
• 2 hybrid half day sessions with an optional collaborative lab in the afternoon
• 1.5-day retreat (1 overnight hotel stay and 1 dinner participant/district responsibility all other meals and supplies included)
