Student Culture is a professional development that guides campus leaders in developing a culture of student achievement and high expectations.
Leaders will learn how to plan, implement, and monitor school wide routines and procedures that ensure a consistent and supportive learning environment for all.
How Does Student Culture Routines Work?
As a component of Texas Instructional Leadership, Student Culture is built on three pillars of support: face-to-face professional development, implementation support, and coaching. Our TIL team builds capacity in principal supervisors and principals to lead their campus to roll out this professional development on their campuses.
Campus teams develop routines and procedures that reflect campus mission, vision, and values to uphold high expectations of all students. Then campus leaders will learn to monitor the fidelity of implementation and provide targeted feedback for teachers.
