The main objective of this course is to explore the skills, beliefs, and behaviors of effective instructional leaders. This course focuses specifically on essential practices for ensuring high-quality instruction for all students. The reality of the role of the principal is that there are many competing demands for time and attention.
Leading Root Cause Analysis
The purpose of the Leading Root Cause Analysis module is to provide Texas administrators and other instructional leaders with an understanding and awareness of strategies they can use with staff to analyze practices, determine areas for opportunity and make organizational improvements that will improve student outcomes either directly or indirectly.
