Data-Driven Instruction (DDI) is a highly effective, research-based training that guides district and campus leaders to lead effective data meetings with their campus teams.
How Does Data-Driven Instruction Work?
As part of Texas Instructional Leadership (TIL), Data-Driven Instruction is built on three pillars of support: face-to-face professional development, implementation support, and coaching. Our TIL team builds capacity in principal supervisors and principals to lead their campus in transforming the conversation around data.
DDI prepares campus instructional leaders to conduct effective data meetings that focus on the TEKS and hone in on specific gaps in student learning. Leaders will learn how to coach teachers to unpack the standards, name the bite-size steps that lead to student growth, and actually practice planning to ensure an effective reteach.
